Airetech provided a packaged central plant from TMI that is:

• 3,000 tons of cooling with Carrier chillers, capable of being expanded to 4,000 tons total.

• 3.5 MMBH of heating from natural gas fired boilers

• (29) Annexair rooftop air handlers with chilled water and hot water coils, some  units included energy recovery wheels, and some units have natural gas fired Neptronic humidifiers

• (48) IEC horizontal fan coils with chilled water and hot water coils.

The Cherokee Health Clinic is totally conditioned by the TMI central plant and (29) Annexair rooftop AHU’s.
